I recently completed a project building my own personal blog platform from the ground up, built around the philosophy of POSSE and WOSE ("Write Once, Syndicate Everywhere"). Instead of relying on bloated third-party scheduling tools, the system publishes directly to my site and automatically syndicates across platforms (LinkedIn, Bluesky, Dev.to, Hashnode, Instagram, Pinterest) with native character-limit adaptation, dynamic text-card generation, and zero-SDK Cloudflare R2 storage.
